About Me
In addition to coaching, below is a brief synopsis of the different work I have been involved with.
I currently work as the CEO of Scrapbook.com, the world’s largest and most-visited online website and store for paper-crafting enthusiasts. I have worked in this capacity for five years.
I worked as an Analyst for the investment bank Goldman Sachs designing, among other things, new-hire training and continuing education programs and I ran the Analyst Training Program for the the Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities Division.
I have coached and managed touring musical acts and have run an independent record label. Beginning with my junior year in college, I spent a decade recording, performing, and touring with a professional, award-winning a cappella group.
I spent two years teaching in Argentina, living and working primarily amongst the poor, and spent the majority of my time training and leading groups of up to 180 volunteers.
I have coached youth basketball teams and have served as a Boy Scout adult leader.
I majored in Philosophy at Brigham Young University, and pursued post-graduate work at New York University in the music business program (which I left early in order to manage a band full-time).
My writing has been published in several magazines.
I am the founder of Small Business Against Big Government (SBABG), a non-partisan, grassroots coalition of small business owners and employees who take upon themselves the responsibility to oppose Big Government and inform friends and co-workers about how Big Government hurts them.
I am married with four children and the majority of my free time is spent volunteering at my church.
