when i was in third grade the a-team was in full force. i had surgery on my ear and my mom asked me what gift i wanted for “being brave” and i asked for, and got, a Mr. T action figure.
T gave an interview on the factor tonight. you must watch before you die. your life won’t be complete. “I’ve been pitying fools for 28 years.” loved it.

The way to be free from worry is to panic
I had to laugh out loud when I read this quote from Cullen Hightower today.
We experience moments absolutely free from worry. These brief respites are called panic.
Anyone who knows me is aware that this pretty sums my personality.
I’ve pretty much never met a worry I didn’t like, and if a worry is really lucky, it gets to be one of my panics.
